The Port Fairy Showgrounds offers spacious, mainly unpowered camping sites (on level ground), with plenty of hot showers and toilet facilities.  

Generous sites allow one car and one caravan, trailer, or tent to be fully containd within the site. Additional cars may be parked off site outside the Show Grounds. You can select your site from the map.

The Showgrounds office is open and manned continually from 12 noon Friday to 12 noon Monday.

Delicious hot breakfasts provided daily by the Port Fairy Show Committee (at low additional cost).

The showgrounds are within easy walking distance of the main folky arena (see map below) and town centre.

PAYMENTS

Payment by direct debit:

2027 PRICES
The minimum stay is 3 days over the Folk Festival weekend (Friday, 5 March to Monday, 8 March 2027)

Adults $95 each (18yrs & over - total for 3 nights Fri/Sat/Sun)
Children $55 each (4yrs to 18 - total for 3 nights Fri/Sat/Sun)
Children under 4 yrs FREE
Powered Site (request only)  $30 (cost per person for 3 days Fri/Sat/Sun)

POWERED SITES
Limit of 10 sits with maximum of 10 AMPS power available at an additional cost of $30 per site for the 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

EXTRA NIGHTS - Thursday and/or Monday nights:
$35 per night per adult, $15 per night per child under 18 years, and children under 4 years are free.  

 

 

FOLKIE PRE-PITCHED CAMPING

For 2027, Wallaroo Camping Hire is bringing a full range of Tent Village and Glamping options to the Port Fairy Showgrounds.

Their pre-pitch service means you simply turn up, and everything will be set up ready for you, and they’ll pack it up at the end of your stay.
